I'm troubleshooting why my my Geo it really gutless and finding low voltage output at throttle position sensor and Map sensor. Replacing the sensors has not made a difference. Has anyone had similar problems and found a solution?

Welcome aboard eba! I'd be surprised if you had both the Map sensor and tps go bad. The first thing to do with a "gutless" metro is to run a compression check. Have you done that? right behind that I would clean all the ground connections in the engine bay. Then I would search for Mwebbs posts on testing the TPS with T pins. Good Luck!
