I tried searching for a list of websites that carry performance parts for metros but failed. I am looking for sway bars ( or are they called anti sway bars). High quality struts and shocks. I am not looking to lower it or anything. I’m just really hard on suspension (pizza delivery driver) . I am also looking for performance radiators like aluminum or what ever is better than stock (I live in phoenix az). Intake. I am also looking for air conditioner parts. I currently do not have a Metro but I am in the market for either a metro or a civic. Mpg is really important to me but so is stability so I am trying to see how upgradeable the metro is. So if u could point me towards a list on this forum that has this info or give me some links to sites that have what I am looking for I would appreciate it. |

I've used autopartswarehouse.com for a few things. Not sure about their aftermarket selection but i've had good experience ordering replacement stuff from them. |

Performance parts for a Geo ... The Civic aluminium half radiator fits the Geo. Most parts from the Swift are also a direct bolt on to the Geo. There many other parts that can fit with some modification if you are up for that. Even if you do find the parts you want, they are probably expensive and rare. If you want a car with real performance parts buy the Civic. Its a much better equipped car to the Geo with an infinite aftermarket. The hot dog guy on the street sells Civic parts they're so available...

Welcome to the forum, grizzal81! You can post in the 'classifieds' for parts you need. I got a sway bar from mcmancuso after someone posted about wanting one but never replied to him. Some cleaning, painting, new rubber, drilling and it seems to be working really well. http://www.ssgti.net/main.htm has a good selection of Swift/Geo aftermarket stuff. I got a lot of other parts off eBay like new KYB struts for about $172 Click here. You can rebuild a 3 cylinder engine for around $600 +/- $200. |
