Fear the Mullet

This car is truly a "Zombie" since after the initial deer accident (that technically totaled the car) it has come back to life. The damaged body panels were all replaced (by previous owner) and I fixed the airbag system and did all the other repairs including a tranny swap, and with the generous help from fellow members, this car got a "heart transplant" as is now almost 100% perfect minus some paint work.

Earlier in this thread you will read that I gutted the clogged cat. The cat was basically a hollow can making an annoying "rattle" noise at certain RPM's. Today I removed the front pipe and made the needed repairs to eliminate that problem.

Oh, yeah! Let's not forget that the nice, perfect dashboard, center console, radio, dash trim, and door panels that came out our first Metro (Christine) have been transplanted into this car, so that makes it even more special.

Now I need to come up with a name for this car :hmm

How about "John Deere"? Nice green engine.

Wonder if Mrs. Mullett would have liked a pink engine better?

JM. , now that you got her up and running good, if you need good cheap paint you might try paintforcars.com . They have whole paint systems ready to shoot for around $100.

We have been considering painting her black and tinting the windows.

I love that cat yellow but it sure does show oil leaks bad.
