How do i remove the head?; i have to return the core

i have to send back the core head soon before they charge me $75 whats the best process to remove the cylinder head? i also need the cam and lifters out of the old head. I am a nooob what tools will i need just for removal?

Why have you not installed the replacement yet? You'll surely have to remove the old head to put the new one on.

jelly bean. i know nothing of cars but what i have seen and learned on my own i am 17 and planning on usuing this car in some way for my senior project either engine or body and paint. I am hoping to go into the automotive field but idk if there is any jobs for that in this econommy? i dont have a suitable place to work other than the carport...and its not very big and i dont have alot of tools. primarily and torque wrench
