alright well I guess it hasn't been solved. After a few weeks it has came back. The new coil is doing the same thing. I even went to the pick and pull and got another coil in better shape and it also is arcing. This has me convinced that it is something else. While I was removing the 2nd coil I noticed that the plug on the ground wire was slightly melted. Definitely not normal. Any idea what would cause this? For now I am going to pick up a new set of wires and see if it makes a difference. I don't know what else to do. I know it's not the coil because 3 of them have now done it in a row. |
