i took a couple pix but un sure how to post em here and i got a drill and a eazy out well broke the eazy out ,... so i figure at this point ill try to drill the hole to the right size and depth and re thread it if that dousent work ill go to the next size bigger and drill and thread it for that and use a long bolt with no head and use a nut welded to the right spot for the cap and get a nuther bolt for the top,... not a pretty fix but doable i think eny sugjestions..?
Maybe you can drill it out and then use a heli-coil. Before you go to that extreme, hit the bolt with some PB blaster and let it sit for a day. Then try the ez out again. If no-go, drill baby, drill.

Have you tried a reverse thread drill bit? Buy a set a Lowe's and start with the smallest size. Work your way up the sizes and then maybe one of the bits will catch and break loose the stud. Prelube with PB Blaster.

i have a couple of those automatic center punches. you push them down, they click, and punch the little dot. i took the pointed punch out of one of those and ground the tip flat.

when i break a bolt, i use that click punch to worry the bolt counter clockwise until i get enough turned out so i can grab it with a set of small vise grips to turn it out. it works as long as the bolt isn't rusted into the hole.

have you tried to spin it out using a punch and tap hammer?

This is the only suggestion I see standing a chance of working without having to drill and tap the cam cap.

You need a easy out that looks like this. Posted Image It dosent have to be a Snap-on but it needs to be of pretty good quality.

Don't use Kolbalt. I've broken every single Kolbalt easyout I have ever owned.

Please just call me; "Schultz"

worst case;
Take her back to the machine shop.
They can mount the head in a drill press and precisely drill out the old bolt/pieces and then re-thread or Helicoil as needed.
Not cheap, but less expensive than starting over from scratch with a new head.

Then get an inch/pound torque wrench.
Oh!,
and,
have fun.
