bought a 93 metro 1.0 ran but cracked intake. so went ahead and replaced head gasket and intake. install new plugs and wires and car would not start. so check a few things and replaced coil and still would not start. so got a distributor from a running geo same kind and still wont fire. i cant get fire to the plugs. getting power to coil not getting anything out of it. I am at a loss here timing and everything is good. please help me. Thanks |

Check ground wires on the rear of intake and make sure you have put them back on. On the backside of the intake there is a place where some wires ground to the intake. Welcome to the forum. Check this out, http://geometroforum.com/topic/3563955/1/ |

Welcome to the forum, chuck! Yep, that and maybe a blown fuse? The ones between the battery and fender. Broken distributor wire? Engine grounds OK also? |
