These do not paint a pretty picture. You need to address the frame horns very soon or look for a less rusty one. The frame horns rust from the inside out and with this much visible you can bet that if you started picking away at those with a chipping or scaling hammer there would be a lot bigger holes when you found solid steel. If you are into the work they are fixable. Search the site a little and see what some have repaired on the front horns and then decide what your course of action should be. ![]()
