Hi, I'm rebuilding my g13 engine and I want an opinion on what auto part brand is the best, DNJ or Sealed Power ? Sealed Power is more expensive than DNJ, almost the double of the price. What makes it so expensive, is it quality? Thank You. |

ive seen both used several times, both are good, it all depends on how its used, ive seen sealed power parts break, and ive seen Dnj parts break. But, on both occasions there were major factors in demise lol. Just like any other parts out there, theres quality, and theres china shit. but, some are equal |

Depends on what you are buying specifically. Is it a water pump or oil pump? If so, I don't use anything besides OEM, which is Aisin. |

Rock auto has the Aisin water pump. The only place I've found Aisin oil pumps at nowadays is oemsuzukiparts.com and they are about $280 a pop. I probably bought the last Aisin oil pump for cheap

Suzuki dealers can still get them. If you want the best oil pump that is the easiest fit, you want the Swift GT(i) 1.3L DOHC oil pump. As for the oil pump brands, I'm running a Rock pump and I've got a 'Gates' water pump. The stud for the alt mount on the oil pump sheared off, so make sure to extract it. I put a M8 x 1.25 x 25mm 10.9 rated bolt in it's place. |
