So has anyone actually fixed the oil puking out of the PCV?; Tons of posts on what it could be, no posts about the actual result?

Anyone ever try putting a filter media of some sort inside the valve cover baffle?

thats basically the second fix in the 2nd video prior to your post

no idea if it will work but thats what i would go for so there is some restriction to prevent liquid oil from just spraying straight in

0.17mm barrel? That is 0.0067" and will never give you a long living or decent seal on the rings. Time for a rebore and new pistons as soon as you can afford it.
That's what mine were too, ~.004". A .010" rebore was done. .004 piston slap is audible too, let alone the seal aspect.

except that it's not out in plain view screaming "my engine is a f'd up mess" :whistle
