I live in a RV and my wife snores. Theres no where to hide but in the Geo, which is too cold this time of year.

I bet if you gave him a titty twister with a pair of channel locks, that snoring would stop... But, you still wouldn't get any sleep cause now you'd be running for your life from him.....

I plan on falling asleep first tonight, then he can fall asleep to my snores. Funny though. He's out shooting the 9mm with my 13 year old. I am sure I don't want to hit him with any kind of twister. OUCH

I prefer using visegrips instead of channel locks for this procedure.

if your significant other snores, take a few minutes to watch them while they sleep.

My wife noticed my breathing was actually stopping so I made an appointment to do a sleep clinic . Found I had sleep apnea and there were as many as 40+ times in an hour that I actually stopped breathing for lengths of time.

I got a CPAP machine and sleep now without snoring, and more importantly cut down the risk of strokes while sleeping.

Weight can be a big factor (is in my case) as well as if you had tonsils out or not as a child. If not, that extra tissue can relax and block airway while you sleep.

...and instead of visegrips or channlelocks, an extra battery and some booster cables might work :lol

Meds work great. He will still snore. But you will be out like a light. I have sleep issues. I have a bad time falling asleep. Its been a problem for years. Meds work everytime. Then he can snore and you won't care. Hey Boxxxer

I have used this method before. My girlfriend doesn't always snore but when she does I can't be in the same room. When I get ready to go to sleep I try and piss her off first so she sits awake for awhile. Generally works fine.

Hehe Well as long as you wake up fully intact, with all body parts, I suppose that would work.. :hmm

Hey Murf!
I find sometimes waking my sweetie up for some fun in the sack followed by me quickly rolling over to go to sleep will give me the opportunity to fall asleep before him afterwards. He doesn't mind in this scenario, and truthfully, neither do I.
Its just the really loud snores that catch you between REMs that wake me up, and I realize that I have to be up and functional in two hours. those days suck!

Bobus is absolutely correct!

Have him checked for sleep apnea via a sleep study. Note that even skinny people and thin lil ol' ladies have sleep apnea!

The CPAP breathing machines have saved many people's lives! To get a prescription for one, you must have a sleep test performed (ask your doctor!).
