My girlfriend snores something fierce. There are two choices, really...

1) Ensure that your man stops snoring.

2) Ensure that you don't HEAR his snoring.

I found that option number 2 was far easier. So go buy some of these and sweet dreams!

Yep. That's right. Good old fashioned earplugs. You can get a whole mess of them for like $20. Wear each pair for a few days, throw away, repeat. They take a little getting used to, but will solve the problem.

My girlfriend can (and does) snore like a buzzsaw, and it doesn't bother me a bit.

I am the one on the left.

ha ha. Earplugs.

When I worked in a production facility and got off work, sometimes I would go to bed at 5:00 in the morning still wearing hearing protection. I wouldn't wake up to the alarm that was to go get kids from school.

Glad to not be that tired anymore.

Just for information for anyone who may be reading and thinking they may have sleep apnea, a couple of signs I was having were I was waking up in the mornings very often with a horrible headache that would last all day and also had red eyes. Eyes that appeared very red. Also I would get very sleepy while driving. I would have to pull over to the side of the road because I was so sleepy. Of course once I stopped, I would be wide awake. Also I would wake many times during the night. Lastly if you sleep with someone else, they will complain about your loud snoring on a regular basis. Just a few things to consider if you are having problems of this nature, you may want to get tested for sleep apnea. I believe this is why many people die in their sleep.
