cool that he used a metro. Anyone go to troy reeds web site? I did not know that an electric motor has a crankshaft or injectors. perpetual motion does not exist, this claims to go even one step further.

In actual reality perpetual motion does exist. but there is only "one" way it exists.

as "the entire universe" which can never be created nor destroyed so technically it will "go on" forever.

If the entire universe can never be created than where did this one come from.
And if it can't be destroyed than where is all the stuff being sucked into black holes going to?
(This is not an invitation to political comment although it really sounds like one)

the flaw me2 is in your thinking that it even "needed" to be created.

we live finite lives so we "assume" a beginning and end to everything. this is our flaw in thinking. you were not created when you were conceived. you existed as material in your mother and father before they "made" you. just not in your current form. we all came from "stars". all thats changed is the "form"

My contention is different. the universe is defined as "everything" if you have something you can not have "nothing" (think in absolutes) in order for everything to be created you must at some point have nothing.

but if there is nothing you can never have SOMETHING including you (before anyone says "god" whatever god is matter energy nothing imaginations or something else entirely he is "SOMETHING" therefore part of "everything")

so logically its simple. the universe always was and always will be. it can not have a start it can not have an end.

the universe "as we know it" can end and or start but the universe itself always existed and always will exist in one for or another.

so it ie the universe is the only true perpetual motion machine to the best of our knowledge.

We know for a fact that the Universe is expanding. Solar systems and Galaxies are actually "bumping" into one another. Simply amazing.
Sorry for the threadjack.

These types of things including the 100mpg carb etc can sound so interesting and tempting. I just spent way too much time chasing links and related articles.

sorry, I just can't help myself. One of my favorites. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JWVshkVF0SY

our "portion" of the universe is expanding. our current knowledge suggests the universe is quite a bit "more" than simply what we perceive here. ie a multiverse.

Well, in fairness, can any discussion be a digression from 'free energy'?
