I pass that store twice daily and go in there a few times. Inaddition to getting free items I have been getting stuff for our new to us home, my tools, cars, etc. I was llooking for a magnetic parts dish that was on sale and found myself faced with radio conntrol toys. They had a few planes, an rc drifter awd car and boat. Granted the boat is something I would not play with, the planes were tempting. I had one of those wild hog chopter that just went up or down and spun in circles. I see they have planes with full functions and at a reasonible price before you factor in 20% off. Anyone else take the plunge and buy one?I think one claimed a ten minute fly time on a single recharge. |

I have a Yellow Bee Link--->Yellow Bee And a Venom Ozone Link-->Venom Ozone Both of them are very good for their price. The Yellow Bee was super fun, until the wife ran it full speed into the ground. It will not take alot of abuse, so pick up a couple of extra wing sets. And take some packing tape with you when you go out to fly it. It makes for a fast, easy fix. The venom will take a bit more abuse. You can fly it indoors, but it is a little large. Take it outside and it is more fun. A slight breeze does not affect it too much, but I would not fly it in strong winds. Look on Youtube, there are alot of videos of them on it.

With the prices at www.hobbyking.com being so cheap on high quality RC planes, I wouldn't buy anywhere else. As for helis, the Syma S107G which is on amazon for about $27 is a great buy. I crashed mine at least 100 times before it finally broke. |

I got the boat at HF, and I was disappointed. However, I did stick some bread on the back and took it out to the duck pond..., that WAS fun! |
