Mjspiess looks like a punk thief in that pic. Lol
You think he looks bad, just wait 'til the boys post my pictures.

I guess we should have gone out later that night and stolen some hubcaps, or something . . . :D :lol

Pull that plastic off, and use one of those 3m rubber wheels to remove the glue/tape.

The barn is my parents'. Wood burning stove got it up to ~65* inside.
The driver's side doesn't have the side molding. I'm going to try a heat gun on the trim & see how easy it'll come off. Should be easier taking it off vs finding side trim to match. I might get the heat gun on the pin stripes too & see if they peel off. The driver's side is kinda torn away anyway.

Wow, that's pretty impressive. I used Goo Gone when I removed the "aftermarket" non-matching side strips a few years ago without using a heat gun & took forever & I still have 3M residue left on the car. It worked alright, but that 3M eraser wheel makes it look like a breeze.

I totally forgot about a near mint '98+ Metro LSi in a junk yard on my way to work. I was there today to get a few miscellaneous parts and noticed it had the side moulding on both sides. Although, it has a slightly different design than the one on my door. This set has a shallow groove down the center while mine has no groove. So I might take Woodie up on his suggestion now, although I'll still have to remove my passenger side moulding to have all matching.

Looks a lot better, especially on the MK4 cars with the matching rub strip on the bumpers.
