the water does not flow through the EFI that seams like the problem

Welcome to your new forum, rcook! High idle is usually a vacuum leak. Good idea to change all your vacuum hoses if they are old. You can spray carb. cleaner or starting fluid around the Throttle Body and intake manifold to see if the idle lowers or raises. Carb. cleaner will lower the idle when it is sprayed on the "leak." Propane is also used, carefully.

I just found the problem I ran the water line wrong during motor swap had no floe through tb Thanks |
