No one in the lane I'm merging into...The two cars in front merge without issue, here comes my turn! A white 2008ish Nissan Maxima pulls into that lane, speeds up to be side by side with me and then refuses to let me merge! I speed up, he does as well, I slow down, same damn deal...so the highway is now at my front bumper and he still refuses so I'm forced to jam the brakes into the dirt shoulder lane to avoid hitting him. Should he have stopped to bitch, I would have beaten the living out of him!!! All he did was honk and screech off, can anyone drive nowadays, sheesh! What a &%*$# There were two cars in front, he was blocking my WHOLE side, a car behind me so I couldnt avoid it.

Guy in nice car eventually figures out I don't care about my car and gets the point yes. i have had people play that game with me. they lose. always. i just take the lane if they won't give it to me. i don't mind a few more scratches or dents.

I dont go out looking for cars to do this to. If you want to park like this feel free...but do it in a far corner, not 10 stalls from the entrance. i would have opened my car door nice and hard... a few times. maybe more. i hate dick moves like that.

When I parked there I didn't touch the car but there was about 1" of space from my mirror to his door. He also managed to not touch me when he left.

Could have had the female go home and get her 96 swift to park on the other side.

That is funny. This morning I went to the county courthouse to pay my property taxes. Done the same thing to a car but on the drivers side. when I got back a county sheriff was standing there waiting for someone to move the Geo. I just said "Hi Sheriff. Nice day huh? we haven't had sun and 40 degree weather in a while."-----He just stood there while I backed out and drove off.

I see no conceivable reason why a person does this.
