Had some front end damage but looked like a different hood, headlight, and bumper would make it look nice. i saw it on cl yesterday, but it said the front end was wrecked and there were no pics. You guys all know how cl works, that usually means the front end is destroyed. So today i look again and there is another post with pics. The pics werent too bad. ....so i call and leave a message, then later shoot a text with no answer. I look on cl and yesterdays post is still on, but todays is removed. Looks like i just missed out on it. Thats what i get for assuming things... Aside from battery system, what else is there to watch for on them? Edited by Horn, Mar 15 2012, 10:11 PM.

I was kind of thinking that but with the damage it had i dont think it was. Still a possibility. I really wasnt expecting to find an insight soon because they run 7k and up.

Thats what i get for assuming things... If you are serious about purchasing one. Fist thing is go to this site and learn about the car .. so you know if its a good deal / average deal / the guy must have a drug habit deal .... http://www.insightcentral.net Once you know the good deals from bad ... Search AutoTempest every morning and afternoon. http://www.autotempest.com When you find a good deal have cash ready and purchase it over the phone if you can (it will move very fast) Don't be scared to travel .. you may have to take a plane flight to pick up your car. When I found my insight last year it was a very good deal at $3500 ... I bought it over the phone within 10-15 min of the post hitting craigslist and drove over 300 miles to pick it up ... the lady I bought it from had dozens of calls on the car within hours of the add hitting craigslist. If you find one .. you will love it. Good luck
