 That's the current version of the Alto, an entire line of cars below the Cultus/Swift/Metro, substantially smaller than a Metro. It was designed and built by Maruti, the Indian arm of Suzuki.

 The Alto is a "kei" car - a whole line of *ultra* sub compact cars.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suzuki_Alto#7th_generation_.282009-present.29

Of course there's never been a kei car for sale commercially in the United States... the Metro is as close as we're legally allowed to get :ermm: :smackface
