I've used lubriplate assembly lube. Once you're all back together a good quality non synthetic oil should be used for break-in.

Use that lubriplate 105 on the bearings and maybe the cam only! Use clean light engine oil on the pistons and rings. I had a shop teacher (years ago) try to get me to use that old Moly assembly lube on everything. Nasty stuff!! Use the right sort of ring compressor also for the bore size. The bigger ones will go down that small, but are too strong and end up not round enough to get the pistons in easily.

Are the cams/valvetrain new? If so then you would need assembly lube on them. Otherwise they are already broken in. I always use engine oil on the crank bearings and a thin coat of oil in the bores. When it's assembled, disconnect the ignition or fuel and crank the engine until you reach pressure. Also a good idea to pre-fill the oil filter. Not really necessary since it's so small but it wouldn't hurt.

Put some oil inside the oil pump too if you can.
