20ft/lbs, I prefer to just do them about 1/8ish of a turn more than finger tight. Slightly passed snug.

Yep, I believe 20 foot pounds is the middle of the torque range (18-22).

I put mine in at 18 foot pounds with anti-sieze and new folded steel gaskets.

I use 10 lb/ft with nickel antisieze on my Edelbrock 318/360 aluminum heads, as per Edelbrock's instructions, and have not had any sealing problems whatsoever at the sparkplug. 10 lb/ft is what I'll be using on my metro, too (when the engine is finished :D ). If the spark plugs don't seal well, then the torque can always be raised a little.

18 foot pounds of torque with the niclel antisieze on the G10 engine is just right. Not too tight, but still seems loose. I haven't had one come out, yet.

It's amazing how many spark plugs I remove from dead engines that have the gasket crushed so flat that it takes diagonal cutters to remove them.
