Anyone tried retro fitting some other more quality made inside door handles from another car to work on a metro? |

while I was at the JY- I saw some potential close matches that might work. They were in the prism for the square style. with a rocker lever for the lock/unlock. With some reverse engineering, and persistence (pick up a spare door panel to work on, so if you mock it up and cut to fit, you don't ruin yours.) With this in mind, I harvested some prism window crank handles, and they also fit the metro- but look somewhat different. I think I like it- they are going into Meatloaf. |
