but that instrument cluster won't- but pull it anyway, and offer it for sale or trade- there are plenty who would want that! |

I'd pull at least the front/rear bumpers, side skirts, tail lights, brakes and steering knuckles, e brake lines, cluster, seats, steering wheel, engine, side mirrors (if they're powered), rear spoiler...and probably more stuff I'm forgetting without looking at it in person. |

I'd pull the car myself, if it were possible

I have no idea.. It came from St Vincent dePaul. It was a donated car. I wish I knew what was wrong with it. Oil is clean. Havent checked the timing belt. Trans is an automatic. UPDATE! Just talked with the original owner. Its an old lady. She came to get some papers out the car.. She said she lost the keys about 8yrs ago. Its been sitting ever since.. The reason we now have it is because the neighbors kids busted out one of the back glass. She didn't want it to be destroyed in her driveway so she got rid of it.. Ok.. Now I have come to a major delima! I am about to buy a 90-91 Metro Convertable. It had 3cyl in it.. Considering either placing another 3cyl in and drive it or maybe use all the goodies from the 89 Swift. I go the swift route, what would I have to change to make the GT engine function in the convertable? Edited by Fastvan67, Jun 3 2012, 02:46 PM.

change over the intake, TB, and cap/rotor for sure... easy fix on the missing key..., see if you can get the whole car. |
