Thanks everybody for making me feel at home!
Scoobs, thanks. I do need one of those sway bar looking things that you see from behind. Mine has a home made one on the drivers side and that tire was ruined from bad alignment.
Next project is probably struts and maybe springs all the way around. I may use bed liner on the floors inside too for a little sound insulation.
Taking it on its first road trip today, 30 miles one way to work. Wish me luck! It's running like a kitten after all I've done to it!

For sound insulation, peel and seal works pretty damn good. what sway bar looking thing are you referring to? pre 1995 didnt come with sway bars, so you have me somewhat confused. for struts and springs, you realy would just need struts, unless your springs were cut, if the springs are good, a set of Kyb Exxel G struts from ebay are priced realy well, and they make tha car ride like a different beast.

I am really curious. Please post a pic of that "homemade thing"

Took a few pictures but can't seem to figure out how to post them.
On a thread by McMancusso I see pictures of it and he calls it a toe adjuster bar. His pics show an original, like mine on the passenger side, and one he made out of a 3-point hitch bar for a tractor. Mine isn't as heavy and not sure it's adjustable but might be.
