Crank seal replacement

While removing botton timing belt sprocket I allowed the crankshhaft to turn independantly. Now I think I need to align tho sprockets timing marks, I'm not sure of the proper procedure for this. Any help would be awsome

Timkin seals are junk and are hard to install. Get a Felpro or National seal.

Your'e right timken seals are junk! Lost most of my oil on the first trip, now I'm replacing the motor.
Sure will be following Jonny Mullet's advice this time around because I plan to replace the front crank seal prior to dropping the next engine in the car.
