FUEL INJECTERS; NO POWER TO MIDDLE TOW INJECTERS

I HAVE A 98 CHEVY METRO 4 CYCLINDER FUEL INJECTED MOTOR .I NAVE NO POWER TO MY MIDDLE TWO INJECTERS . CHANGED CRANKSHAFT &CAMSHAFT SENSORS ALSO COMPUTER STILL NO POWER TO MIDDLE 2 INJECTERS .PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

define "no Power"
to me that means there is no positive supply to the center injectors but there is a ground signal from Mr ECM

is this correct ?
