Thanks for the inputs and advices on this thread:

Engine Coolant Leak

I decided to replace the water pump and timing belt. I think both of these items were the originals with 100,000+ miles.

I ordered a Gates Water Pump, part number 42212 for $26.99, and a Gates Timing Belt Component Kit, part number TCK241P for $30.79. Both came from RockAuto. The component kit included a timing belt, tensioner, and 2 engine seals.

These two images show how much slack was in the old timing belt. I estimate I was able to push the belt about 2 inches from side to side:

Old belt after removing the tensioner:

After taking the water pump off, I was presented with the baked on gasket that was a pain to get off of the block:

I had to spray water onto the old gasket and let it soak in and break down the gasket. I pried off section by section with a flat-head screwdriver and utility knife.

I didn't have an impact driver to take out the drive and camshaft gears so I saved the new seals for the next time. New water pump, timing belt, and tensioner installed:

These are good parts to change to keep the car from stranding you somewhere. Both could be done by anyone with a jack and any mechanical skill on the side of the road but these parts usually have to be ordered online or through a parts store as special order so you can't just get them the same day.

I am keeping my old parts in a box in the back of the car as spares. Worst case, you could put an old one back on just to get you home or to the parts store. I replaced both of these parts plus others during my engine swap. I have two old timing belts that don't look that old as well as two water pumps. One seems shot while one still has some life in it. I am putting both belts/tensioners as well as the better water pump in my spares kit.
