hey guys now i had my car fixed although i couldnt do it myself but she is up and running again however when i was searching around the engine the timing belt cover was broken so when i tried to take it apart it completely broke :/ well before it broke it had already expanded to the point where the fan belt was cutting into the cover. i was told that it HAS to have that cover and i am having an extremely hard time finding a new cover for the timing belt. can anyone help me find this part or does anyone have one that i can purchase somehow?

Thing is, you don't need the full cover. The bottom half has marks for timing the engine, if you can still get that on correctly, you're good to go. You may be able to buy one on here, go to a picknpull type place, or a chevy/suzuki dealer.

If you have a three cylinder, the only reason you need that cover is for the ignition timing vernier. If you have a four cylinder, there is no reason whatsoever for that cover.
