Low Idle, Stalls When I Put Into Drive (Auto)

Hey everyone,
I've been working a TON and haven't been here in a couple months...
So...

Been having some problems with my 92 Auto.
Engine was running great, plenty of power, etc. My crank and cam seal starting leaking, BADLY...but I needed the car so I kept driving while waiting for parts to arrive. One day, car starting running very roughly as if not getting fuel...this happened while I was driving. Didn't notice at highway speeds but when I came into town, started stalling at stop lights. Car would not idle AT ALL in drive...I had to drop car into neutral to keep the engine running at all. I got home eventually, changed fuel filter and pcv valve, assuming fuel filter was the culprit. The car is still running terribly. I'm changing out old leaky seals today but I'm still at a loss as to what my real problem is. Any ideas?
EGR? Fuel Pump? Sensors?

You probably been around the forum long enough to know, start with engine compression test, if that is good, a full tuneup, spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor, fuel filter and check timing with a light. Then if you are still having trouble, is the check engine light on? Test fuel pressure with a gauage. Still having problem, report back exact details of issue at hand. It could be a miriad of things but always start with knowing these things are right before trying to locate, pinpoint a problem.

Mine did the exact same thing. Low compression in 1 and 2 and zero in 3.
