Does anyone know that exact replacement size of the coolant tube o-ring? I replaced mine in Sept of 2008. The o-ring fell apart and needs replacing. I don't know if the paint I used on the coolant tube caused the problem or the red silicone. Thanks! |

Just take it to napa and let them match you up with a good oring. Slick it up good and clean the hole it goes in good and you should not have any trouble. Maybe you pinched it when you put it in last time. |

I purchased a BK 727-2214 O-Ring from NAPA. This O-Ring size is 1" x 1 1/4" x 1/8" (Inside diameter x outside diameter x width) I did not use any silicone this time because the last O-Ring was eaten up by some chemical. I used a small amount of dish washing soap (not dishwasher soap) and water to lubricate the O-Ring for installation. |
