Just wondering how hard it is to change the wheel bearings on a 1991 geo metro, rear passenger side, are they pressed into the hub or not..Thanks..Bob |

It's not to hard. They are pressed in but you can hammer them out with a punch. Just be careful when you do not to gash the side walls of wear they sit inside the hub. And when you put your new ones in just use a socket that fits pretty evenly around the outside diameter of the new bearings. Just tap them back in once you've greased them up real good. Also don't forget to put the spacer in before reinstalling both bearings. |
