So I woke up today to find a dent on my roof of my Geo that was not there before and have no idea how it got there.

My only thought is that as I live in an apartment complex and there are kids around maybe one of them decided to jump up on top the car while I wasn't around. I park it underneath an overhang in my parking lot so the chances of something falling on it are slim but it makes me think something hit it like a ball or a kid sat on the back edge of it.

Take a look at the pictures. Is there anyway I can get these dents out?

Looks just like somebodys butt cheecks were sitting there with their feet hanging down onto your back hatch. Maybe talk to some of the kids/teens in the area, offer up $20 for info on who done it. My guess is it's gonna be pretty hard to get that one out as it's right on the edge. Maybe a Dent Wizard guy could get it out.

Yes that's exactly what I thought. They look like a butt imprint. Unfortunately it's not very difficult to find out who did it because there are only two places right next to me that has kids. So it irks me to know someone would do that.

They do look like they are hard to get out and not an easy part to replace. You say maybe a dent wizard or specialist could? Is it even feasible?

My guess would be that its an $800-$1200 fix at a body shop. ---- $100 for you to fix it the first time so that you will learn how then another $100 to fix it the second time and have it come out good.

Yes.....offer a reward. Find out for sure. have a tape recorder going when you do. then tell the parents it $800 now or I will go to small claims court for the full $1200----------who knows maybe you will get your costs to fix back.

That looks like a pretty wide butt to me. I would be more inclined to think that somebody's knees did that.

I was thinking along them same lines, but what i was thinking was, i see a pipe for the awning, what i think might have happened is some stupid kid jumped up and swung his feet and used the car as a landing spot for his feet, to try and climb the awning.

The pic is deceiving for how wide it is. But I guess I should not rule out that it could have been a teenager or even a grown adult.

Regardless it's noticeable that I did not buy it like that and it happened sometime while I wasnt around.

Remove the headliner. Heat up the paint with a hairdryer. Use a block of wood wrapped in a soft towel and a hammer. Go to town.

While I haven't tried it, I have heard that heating a dent (that doesn't have a crease in the metal) and then shocking it with cold (I've read about the canned air used to blow out computer keyboards) may be able to pop out a bunch of that. Let us know what you decide to try and how it goes. Good Luck!
