If you got no heat coming from your car you need to flush her because more then likely you got a clog, you need to turn your fan blower off and put her to the max heating setting. Then you need to locate the two hose lines that are going threw the fire wall under the hood! easiest way look at your upper raditor hose and follow it to your second hose your lower hose you will see it tea off and go into the line thus that is your in then outlet hose! you need to blow it out with compressed air, here is a Youtube link. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcL_0TWeZJY&feature=g-hist
Go there and that should help you understand it more!

you shouldnt have to replace the heater core, the only time should really do that is after you done this!

My thermostat is new. Did that with the radiator. I remember it working until it over heated and cracked the head. That's when I got all new stuff. Except the sensor ha

I will just clean it out. I wont worry about replacing it untilled it starts leaking

Another item to check is dust, leaves and stuff on top of the heater core. That was the problem with my '91. :shake I pulled the blower/heater hose off and vacuumed what I could off the top of the core. All was well after that. :D

With the amount of stop leak I'm sure is in there, I don't think leaking will be a problem! :lol
Of course, if some of it breaks loose, It could clog your new radator. :banghead
But just remember, that unlike your Jeep, the heater box does NOT have a drain. So if it starts to leak, its coming into the car. :(
