bucking when letting off the gas

title kinda says it all, when ever im just cruising along trying to stay at one speed and i let off the peddle it like kicks or something and when i aply gas again it does that, i dont know it=f this is normal engine run nice everything works fine beside hole in exhuast, need help please

That's been pretty normal for all the stick-shift cars I've driven, especially in first or second gear. I often shift into neutral when slowing down to avoid the bucking. Gradually slowing down, instead of just taking your foot off the pedal, also seems to help. It's a bigger problem for me in smaller cars.

It's seldom as severe as yours seems to be, though.

What RPMs are you experiencing this around? This should normally only occur at really low RPMs

I'd be suspicious of your motor mounts.

got like 400 miles but it was doing this way before my new clutch and tranny

anywhere but anything under 2000 it just seems to glide and no bucking

no clicking ar corners and motor mounts seem to be fine and also thanks to everyone but i would mostly asume its something to do with idleiing but i seem to thing judebert coulds be right, idk if it could be fixed andits normal
