Well when I first rebuilt it it drove fine it did not have that knocking noise, but five days after the rebuild I was going down a hill a big hill and I decieded to coast down it in neutral, so I put it in neutral, after I made it down the hill I put it in drive, and I heard a little pop, well my torque converter went out, So I had to pull the engine again and replace the torque converter, well ever since I had to pull the engine a second time that is when it would make a knocking noise. Is it possible I did not check the flex plate for cracks? Because after I first rebuilt this it did not make that noise, and I have been driving it like this for the last 7000 miles and have not heard change at all so im thinking it probally is not the rod bearings, because driving it that much the rod bearings you would think would start to ware out more? Thanks.
