I switched the wiring harness
are you saying you changed your plug wires and distributor cap?
if thats what you did...is your distributor cap on correctly?

His is a COP setup and doesn't have a distributor.
Did you buy the car not running? If not, what did you do to it right before it started acting up?

I bought it not running, the story I got was that the timing belt broke and firestone couldn't get it running so I bought it did a comp test and its 135 to 150 on all 4 the reason I changed the wiring is because before it would only fire one coil but only in short inervals and that was with new ecu cam and crank sensors so I changed the harness to a coil on plug set up and all 4 cylinders are getting spark and fuel but if I set the timing to the factory marks it barley starts and if I set it on true tdc it idles but won't rev

restore the entire car back to the way it came from the factory and start over. it sounds like you have created more problems than it started with

All I did was change the ignition system firestone messed it all up the car ran fine then the belt broke and they replaced it and it didn't run at all so they said the motor is bad but it idles fine on tdc just not on the marks. I know the cam pin is supposed to be down is the a special way to set the time on these or something?
