Theres another relay located close to the fuel relay, see if it clicks as well when you turn the switch on. If both relays click then you need to probe the red/white or pink/white, wire with a 12 volt test light going to the fuel pump and see if you have voltage on it.

You're referring to the FI relay, right?

F1 should be the fuel relay, I am talking about the main relay. There should be only two in the panel I believe. Both should click when you turn the key on. Actually if the fuel relay is clicking, the main relay should be as well because the main relay supplys voltage to the fuel relay. Just make sure both are clicking and if so check the power wire from the fuel relay to the pump and see if it has voltage when you turn the switch on. It does not run but a few seconds right after you turn the switch on unless your grinding away on the starter.

I have an FI relay and a Fuel Pump relay. There are also 2 A/C relays.

The FI relay is clicking. The fuel pump relay is not.

Well, looks like I destroyed E trying to get it out. Car obviously has no power now.

Why does it matter if E clicks if the car is turning on?

Was E a fuse? I am looking at junction blocks from several years. Information is differant and not clear. After looking closer it appears c is the fuel relay and right beside it D is the main relay. Sorry you broke the other, it must be the circuit breaker.

E was a 60amp fuse.

What I am looking at shows a 91 model to have a 15 amp device in E position. Oh well, to make things real simple, pull up the back seat and look for a pink wire under it and probe it with a test light and ground it good and see if it is hot when switch is turned on.

Did this earlier. It's not hot.

Replace broken E and see if c and d click when switch is turned on. Check all fuses inside the car and under the hood. Make double sure all fuses are good.

D clicks. C does not.

I see the problem, either your car is not a 91 model or my information is incorrect. Your fuse panel is for one listed as a 93 or 94 model. Anyway, we are on the same page now.
