If the fuel pump is running, you should have fuel pressure.

True, but if the fuel pump is running and I have fuel pressure but the ignition coil is faulty, the car wouldn't start either, correct?

My point is, I feel as though something else is inhibiting that car from being able to start. Fuel pump + fuel pressure are not the only components necessary for the car to start.

You already said the car cranked when you applied fuel to the tbi as well as said the fuel relay does not click. That takes spark out of the equation. Check that white/blue wire out of the f1 relay with switch on.

If you have not done it, check the two fuses in the right bottom side of the junction block under the hood where the relays are. One of those fuses controls the injector.

I checked the fuses, they are both good.

I am going outside right now to check the blue/white coming out of the FI relay. Brb.

No voltage from the white/blue stripe wire on the FI relay. I had voltage in 2 of the other holes though.

Probe the white/red into the relay, switch on, Does it light? Is the f1 relay still clicking?

Ground the test light to the battery positive terminal and probe the black wire into the f1 relay. Does it light?

Yes. When the light is grounded to the positive terminal and I touch the black wire, it lights up.

Replace the F1 relay, or for further testing swap it with the fuel relay and retest the white/blue wire out of relay with switch on. If the white/blue wire lights after swapping relays, replace the old f1 relay you stuck in the fuel relay slot.
