Probe black/white wire going into fuel relay. Does it light up?

Also above you said F1, we are probing fuel relay.

Your not staying with the program either. I didnt say probe the pink/white yet! But since you did and you said it is weak, it should be. It is the ground to the fuel relay. The pink/white wire goes to the ecm and the ecm controls the injector as well as the fuel relay. Before you trace the pink/white wire back to the ecm and check the connections to the ecm, first check the grounds on the back of the intake manifold. Three or four wires connect to the intake manifold and are grounds. Clean them and make sure no wires are broke. Then see if the fuel relay clicks, switch on.

Not sure what your black wire is unless that is going to the fuel pump and it should be pink.

Check the grounds at the intake manifold.

Look for wires attached to the intake manifold in the back of the engine.

Like Bennie said, pour a cup of gas in the throttle body and try to start it.

If you're feeling really adventurous, you can use one of those gallon pump up bottles. Something like this http://www.walmart.com/ip/RL-Flo-Master-1-Gallon-Sprayer/13376324 If you hook it directly to the throttle body and bypass the fuel hose coming from the tank, you can run the car on this. I've used it to run concentrated injector cleaner on my car. If you got a long enough hose, theoretically you could mount it in the passenger seat and drive with it, just give it a pump a mile or so.
Are you kidding!!!! A sprayer will put out enough pressure to make the injector work ? That is great news to me, i was going to hook up a tank with a fuel pump to test run a 1.0 , a sprayer would be a lot easyer. This forum is great.

There are several wires that ground to the intake. A bolt attaches them to the intake on the rear. A wire could have broke or the connection could be bad. Remove the bolt. Clean the contacts and check for a broke wire and put them back nice and tight.

Everything looks solid in terms of grounds. Nothing damaged or too worn.

Once you verify for sure those grounds at the intake are good and clean and tight and no broke wires to the intake you can trace the pink/white wire back to the ecm and make sure the wire is not broke to the ecm and the connector and pin is ok at the ecm. If so you can suspect a possible faulty ecm.
