Sorry I'm no help but I want to know too. I'd think you would have a hard time finding prefab steel lines let alone stainless, even they might be available at a premium price. Stainless steel lines should be mandatory for all northern states. |

There are some for an 89-94 on ebay, I didn't think of changing mine on my 91 when I put 95 brakes on the car. Are they different. |

Screw stainless. Too hard to flare. Use CNC line and make your own. |

I just looked on Summit and they have a viraty of lines made up and at a really good prise. Do you happen to know the size and type of fitting on each end of a 96? |

Turbo3 and Twincam Tweaker

i had a set custom bent for my mk2/3 verts. i had to buy a new set from suzuki, send them to the custom fabricator, and he sent me some really nice polished stainless lines. i had the fuel lines made in a larger cross section for flow to support a turbo'd, nos, twincam engine. i also bought a full set of the loom clamps to install them but so far i've only used the short ones from the brake master to the proportioning valve and to the front brakes on my blue monster turbo3 vert. the other brake lines were in such good condition that i didn't see a need to replace them just yet. there are several different flavors of fittings - european, standard us, japanese, double flared, ball flared, etc. in sae and metric threads. be careful what you choose when you buy the fittings. i ran into some troubles finding the proper fittings (nuts) the last time i had to replace rusted lines on my resto-rod vert. it took me several trips to a couple different stores before i got the correct parts. |
