Hello I have a 96 4 cyclinder automatic. I just put q new transmission in it. I can't remember which line goes where. I'm referring to the 2 lines going to radiator. What would happen if they were hooked up backwards? Does anyone have a diagram or car to look at and tell me which one goes where? Thank you.

i dont think it would make a difference on which goes where, they are just lines for the fluid to pass through via the pump in the transmission. But if your worried, the furthest left line goes on the left side of the radiator, if your looking down over it from the front. The line on the right goes the same, on the right.

So there is one line directly on top if transmission and the other line is closest to where the differential is on transmission where the axels go into. Are u calling that one ( closest to firewall) the farthest line? And that one goes to the left line on radiator( closer to passenger side)? Thanks for the fast response.
