I took the throughout bearing off and was inspecting the shaft that it slides on to, and it looks a little worn, Is this a big concern or not?
Someone told me if it is worn that you have to replace the right side of the transaxle case. Thanks
BUT I DONT THINK IT LOOKS TO BAD WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?

Is the wear there at the shiney part where it looks beveled? If its on the side of the tube. How much is worn off. If its just the wear showing on the very front of the snout. Clean it with emery nice and clean, same goes with the tube. The reintall your pilot bearing with a little hitemp grease. What in the clutch was wearing on that snout?

How deep is the groove? If its worn pretty good. You can either run it, replace the case half or have a local machinist make you a speedy sleeve that goes right over it. With the speedy sleeve made out of steel. You never have this problem again.

It is not worn that bad, I thing I would just clean it with an emry cloth and I should be fine, and it should last for a long time.

When I rub my finger over it I can just feel it barely go down. Like nothing to deep or anything.

Also, there seems to be fresh oil inside the bell housing. Rear main engine seal? Distributor internal seal or distributor o-ring? Or, an input shaft seal leak on the transmission?
