Love Amazon and the Prime membership...... bought a few things there lately, just loving all the savings.

Purchased these foglights (2-days ago and delivered today) for my '04 Ford Excursion for $8.32 each including 2-day shipping. They even came with bulbs. My current foglights are starting to age.

However, I just checked Amazon they are now $32.61 each. What just happened? Am I just a lucky SOB? Hopefully they work. They are made in Taiwan but again they are only $8.

i keep watching the G27 (video game ) racing steering wheel. it constantly goes from 199.99 to 239.99 or in-between. I watched a heater for the engine coolant fluctuate pennies for a couple weeks before i bought one. Not sure how it works, but it ma got off purchases or views or something.

I got no prime. I don;t think i buy off there enough for that.

Once you get prime you buy a lot more off Amazon. I love the prime. I got a Haynes manual for like $4 with free shipping. The movies are great too - better than Netflix, or at least just as good. plus you can buy whatever movie you want if it isn't on prime.

No doubt. Amazon also has the clear front corner lights for our Metro for $14 w/shipping. Not certain if that's a good price :hmm :hmm :hmm I better stop looking at Amazon.

I just got a whole sack full of these off of Amazon for about $4. Here's the link http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00976S8S4/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00

I had a hard time finding them. You can also order them direct from www.uxcell.com.

They come all the way from Hong Kong but I got them pretty quick. They shipped 'em air mail for standard rate. Couldn't be happier.

UPDATE: OK SO WHEN I WROTE THIS I HADN'T TRIED THESE YET. THEY LOOK ALMOST EXACTLY THE SAME BUT. . . WHEN i PUSH THE NEW ONES IN THEY DON'T EXPAND AS MUCH - THE POST IS THINNER THAN THE ORIGINAL - AND THEY DON'T SEEM TO HOLD THE TRIM ON PROPERLY. UGG. WILL SEE IF THERE IS ANOTHER SIZE.

I made these work by wrapping each post with a bit of duck tape. Works well enough.

Yeah, I've said it before and I'll say it again, the Haynes is a useful tool. It doesn't have everything the FSM has but it does have some stuff that isn't in the FSM (like pictures and tips on tools to use that you actually have in your toolbox instead of "tool J43543" like the FSM) and I'm glad I have it. I do refer to it frequently, and frankly find it odd that there is so much revulsion for it on this forum. I think there is a bit of snobbiness involved with all the bashing of the non-FSM manuals. It does not replace the FSM, but For a super novice like myself it was WELL worth the $4.

I hate it because the dash removal instructions are 1)Disconnect battery, 2)Remove dash :die
