Are you only doing a top-end rebuild?

Bore the block, new pistons, new rings, new oil pump. Reuse the main bearings, order new Suzuki rod bearings.

If I do this will I have to remove the whole engine??
I've been thinking of buying a used engine and rebuilding it then swapping it, what do you think??
Do I have to send the block out to have it bored?

Yes.
Don't do it. You're just buying someone else worn out decades-old engine.
Yes.

Unless you know for sure the engine has never had any work done to it then its best to snatch it out and take it to the machine shop. If you bought the car new then you know whats been done, if you bought it used, you never know.

Okay this sounds a little too expensive for me. Here is another option:
The dealer I bought the car from has someone that will pay them more for this car than I did so they have been trying to get the car back. I haven't paid dealer taxes and fees so I don't legally own it yet.

What do you guys think of this one:

Seems like if I got my $$ back I could have well enough to fix this. He says the horns are good but rockers have rust. Windshield has crack.

cracked windshield can be an indication of bad horns
