G10 Head Rebuild; Replacing valves and such

I am looking to rebuild a G10 head or two in the near future. I am going to rebuild the worst head I have which has a burned valve on cyl #3 first.

What parts do I need?
1. I plan to replace all 3 exhaust valves no matter what.
2. Should I replace the intake valves too? They don't cost much and I figure I might as well while I am in there.
3. I would want to replace valve stem seals, valve guides, etc. What else should I look at replacing besides the head gasket while I have it apart? Will I need a new exhaust gasket or can I re-use that? Will the manifolds even need removal from the head for this job? I am looking at GeoGlenn parts for this job.
4. Should I replace valve springs? I have never seen anyone reference replacing these.
5. What tools as well as chemicals/compounds should I require? I am going to lap the valves with a lapping tool as well as lapping compound. I can get spring compressors as a loan a tool.
6. My current distributor appears to have a major oil leak into the cap/rotor area. I have two other distributors. Should I replace the seal on this or just use one that doesn't leak? I guess I will need a new gasket or two for this job.
7. I will clean the lifters/lash adusters of course.
