Could somebody measure a 3 cyl metro motor for me? I want to put one in a golf cart :) But I need a couple of specs:

Height from bottom (including trans axle) to highest point not including air cleaner
Width between fenders
Height from top of axle to top of engine <<< Most critical
If I do this I will post pics!

Welcome to the forum. It is slightly larger than a bread box. A couple of our friends have put them in yard machines, and dune buggys.

Thanks,

Yea, looks about that size, Hoping someone can drag a tape measure across one before I start looking. Also, on the engine trans axle side (automatic) how do the shafts connect? With a u joint CV?

Im a fabricator so this should be a breeze if its within tolerances :thumb
