you can get it used all day long for 40. this one was brand new never opened :D
But then you opened it, rendering that moot.
I think logic evades scoobs most of the time.

My Atari 2600 still has the original box and like 150 games or so (space invaders!!!)
My N64 I'm a little OCD about. Its in the original box, has ALL the original literature, 15 different colored controllers (all flawless), multiple rumble packs, mulitple memory cards, well over 60 games (all in their original boxes including both Zeldas!), The official N64 Mic, N64 backpack carry on case, etc...

I've got an Atari 2600, Atari 7200, Sega 32X, PS1, PS2 fat, PS2 slim, PS3, xbox 360, Wii, original gameboy, ~40 NES games, ~50 sega games, 250 ps2, 50 ps1, and probably 100 b/w others systems all in the original box, manual, foam inserts complete.

i've got Sega Master, Sega genesis 1, 2, and 3, Sega Saturn US, Sega Saturn japanese, Sega Dreamcast (white), sega dream cast (black sports ed), Panasonic 3DO, Turbografx 16, PS1 slim, 4 NES reg, 1 NES top loader, 1 SNES, 2 N64, 1 gamecube, 2 xbox complete with cables and controllers (no boxes).

about 600-700 games total.

And of course, a 36" CRT tv.

I also collect accessories: got a power glove, NES power pad (in box), NES infrared controllers (yes, from the 80's), few NES advantages, a Resident Evil chainsw controller, a yamaha sport/dirt bike handle bar set up, multiple wheels, etc.

I'm looking for older games CIB and any rare PS2 games.

Likewise, i've got some duplicate stuff from buying people's collections. If you need anything, let me know. I've got a few NES systems i'd like to sell. I've cleaned and tested them myself.

Occasionally, just for kicks, but after you warm up for a few minutes, those ducks are toast anyway...
And the clay pigeons, too!
