I have no manual. How do you tell what model a car is? Will the vin tell me anything? Is there any other differences other than cam? |

Should say Metro Xfi on the back of the car... or even on the side. |

I'll start. Xfi typically has: Black bumpers No trim below the back windows Passenger mirror delete Came from factory with no A/C (lots of examples where it was added by dealer or aftermarket though) two ring pistons different cam profile only available 89-94 (I think) Others will chime in with what I've missed. Does your VIN say "MS" or "MR"? |

Some XFi's had passenger side mirrors. I confirmed this with my cousin who bought a 1991 XFi brand new and it came with a passenger side mirror. An XFi may have been repainted and the XFi stickers may be gone. The single most reliable means of determining is checking the VIN. XFi has MS as 4th and 5th digits and the base has MR. |

If you're talking about the 95 in your info to the left then no, not an XFI. XFI's were only made during GEN2, 89-94. |
