I have found that when this happens it is sometimes because the wipers are old and the rubber has become hard or the wiper rubber is hard to begin with. also the wiper arm might be tweeked and if you twist it in the right direction just a bit then it will quit (maybe)

you need new blades. Spend the $30 and get the RainX ones. Go 1 or 2 inches longer on the passenger side, It'll give you more field of vision but leave a small patch un-cleared at the bottom of the wipe. |
