As always, no cheating by looking at the URL on these pictures. Here is your next clue. Actually, it is your last clue since the next picture will probably give it away. |

The hieroglyphs on the metaal say it is a cover plate on the gas tank. Or in plain english, your going to do something with the fsu and fuel pump. |

Metal to patch the hole you are going to cut to change the fuel pump without removing the tank. |

Last clue. If no one guesses by tomorrow morning I will spill the beans. I figure someone will have it when they see this: |

Its the pan portion that holds the ammunition such as rocks or pumpkins or other objects on a catalput when your not using it for a sled.

Looks like a part of the frame. Hmmm, wondering if you cut chunks out and are using the metal sheet as some sort of patch. |

Oh, I got it.... Using the sheet metal for a new cat. Yep blowing up the last pic gave the secret away. I spied the honeycomb of the cat. |

We have a winner! Open it up, pull the chunks out, close it back up. http://www.lightweightmiata.com/geo/cat/ |

You did it the hard way and it will leak soon and your exhaust will be noisy. You should go buy a new one now. Might not have been as bad either if you had used a thin bladed die grinder and made straight cuts instead of the cutting torch or plasma cutter. Very hard to make suffient welds on rough edges like that. Not being critical, just telling the truth. The first pictures were kind of decieving. The metal looked big enough to be the size of a car hood. |
